raw veggies and BMs
Not much to update. Still going strong and raw. Berry salad for breakfast, okra and veggies for lunch, protein drink for dinner. I find it strange and a little funny that the more greens I eat, the um, greener my BMs get. More frequent movements too. 3-4 times a day versus 2-3 like before the change in diet. Everything is so soft and fluffy and not to be gross, but I can actually detect the particular smell of some of the things I’ve eaten when I go. I had beet red poo after eating…raw beets for lunch. this raw thing is funny sometimes. This concludes my observations on raw vegan and toilet trips.
You are not the first person to comment on poop this week! Ha ha! I think this is all goes with the territory of weight loss. These are things not very many people think of. I am happy to hear you have healthier bowel movemnts. Great job on eating so healthy and keep it up.
